The challenge
JCVAC (杭州聚川环保) has spent twenty years engineering vacuum-collection systems — serving metro stations, airports and hospitals across China, NEEQ-listed, with a project list most exporters would envy. But an overseas buyer searching for exactly what JCVAC builds couldn't find them: the English site read like a machine translation, search visibility was near zero, and AI assistants recommended European competitors by default.
The approach
We repositioned JCVAC around the line "the proven, versatile, water-saving vacuum-collection problem-solver" — then rebuilt every surface a buyer touches: a bilingual website written natively in both languages, entity and structured-data work so search engines and AI models understand who JCVAC is, and an editorial program that turns twenty years of projects into evidence buyers can cite.
The result
A company that spent two decades being excellent quietly now shows up — in English search, in Chinese search, and in the AI answers procurement managers actually read. The full narrative, with verified metrics and client quotes, is being prepared for publication.
